District Conference aptly named SANSKRITI is about only 6 weeks away .
The team is working day in and day out to make it grand and memorable conferences. Apart from Rotary International Representative , Trustee & Rotary International Director , who will motivate us and inspire us and update us on ROTARY ,we already have confirmations from media barons, State Governors, pioneers of medical field, environment, bollywood, Sufi Singers, beaurocrats , motivational speakers , DJs etc and prizes including Air Tickets, Kits etc etc.
A hand of us have queried about the break up of registration charges for the same, and we are pleased to give the break up here below. I am sure you will be totally convinced that these registration charges are only on what is being spent on yourself / us only AND STILL NOT HAVE HOTEL HOTEL ROOM COST ADDED , which we are attempting to generate thru the sponsorships
It's not that charges are higher due to its being residential in 5 star deluxe hotel;
INR 34500/ including GST that means actual charges are 28,290/
Which includes
4 lunches at this deluxe hotel; approx 10000
Two Dinners : 7000
Drinks for two ;7000
Cost of Tea/coffee running all day for 24 hrs - 3000
Breakfast - 2500
Plus stage cost, licenses for entertainment, drinks, gifts , etc. about 5000/
Total cost approx 34500 without room - infact Room charges are totally subsidized, whereas the charges are min 11000 plus GST
and for these days the charges are approx 20000.
Pls go thru and advise and let's discuss if still any queries and concerns are around and as the PRESIDENT of your Esteemed Club, and this being the most Important event of the Rotary Year, you please must register yourself ( IF NOT YET REGISTERED)
